Cub Scout Pack Meeting for RHM

Corben and RHM
It is that time again.  Time to start over.  Time to start another son in cubscouts.

After a lovely flag ceremony, we had the Game and Fish Department volunteer teach us for an hour about fishing in AZ.
Corben tied the knot for the hook.
After the fishing presentation, RHM earned in Bobcat.
He did a good job of pinning in on my ribbon.
Saren liked the pack meeting too!

RHM did a great job!

Bananas of the universe unite!

Peel banana, peel, peel, bananas.

Go bananas!  Go, go, bananas.
Agent J is starting to work on his Eagle Project.  And we are just starting RHM through the cub scout process.  It is a great program that I have a strong testimony of.  I love SCOUTS!

Sacramento Temple

This temple was gorgeous.  I was so excited to finally see it in person.  I am so happy to have my a temple closer to my inlaws house.  Simply divine.

Grandma, RHM, Princess, Grandpa, and Agent J

This door on the outside of the temple made my kids' day.  They loved it.  Don't know why?  But they did.

Favorite picture - EVER.

All in all we had a great time in Sac-town and I am so glad we went.  THANK YOU to all of our family that put up with us.  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Piano Time with Grandma N

We had a great time in Sacramento for Christmas and feel blessed to have such a nice family want us around for holidays.  The drive back to closer to 15 hours, but we made it and went to school the next day.  Can you say, LAUNDRY?  Well, we had lots of laundry to do and thank goodness for laundry machines and modern conveniences.

The day after Thanksgiving

Well, this fun day started at the Folsom Zoo.
The parking lot was filled with beautiful roosters.
Once we got in the quaint little zoo, we saw tons of animals.
Becky and her boyfriend Jeremy meet us there.
The whole family had a great time.

Becky fed the deer.

no lions, but plenty of tigers and BEARS!  OH MY!

 The kids had a blast!
Then we walked to the nearby park.  Such a nice day in the sun.

After the park, Becky and Jeremy and the crew went to a pizza place in downtown Folsom.  It was the best pizza I ever had.  YUM, yum.

After that the kids left with the Dads and Becky and Jeremy left, too.  Maurine and I stayed to shop around.  It was so fun.
Later that night my Princess and I went shopping with Becca and Mayreen.  The girls got along great and enjoyed shopping together.  Mayreen and I bonded over a nice night out.
